Conservation Easement at Winje's Farm

My name is Garrison Frost and I work with Graham Chisholm at Audubon California. I would like to put together a simple new release and some web content regarding the conservation easement on your property. If you have a few moments, I would appreciate your sending me back some words that I can use as a quote from you. Just a few sentences describing why you chose to do this would be great. It would also be great to hear in your own words about your land and its significance to you. Graham tells me that the property is gorgeous.

I will be up next week, at which point when we visit you property I will
complete the Hazardous Substance review with you and that will complete
the package for our attorney to review. His review usually takes a
couple of months, and then everything is forwarded to the title company
for closing which should only take a few weeks. So I would be looking

Also, if you have your back house available next week for Tuesday, 19th
and Wednesday, 20th, I’d love to book it, and hopefully we won’t get
snowed out this time.

To quickly bring this up to date, then return to history, the NRCS has brought their project list around this last week. The next two years will be spent addressing issues both the agency and my self put on the table. It is good to note that everyone’s good ideas weighed in equally, starting the on the ground improvements as discussed.

Early April the Easement boundary points were being set in concrete. Each has been surveyed in for exact placement. Later signs would be attached.
